The disinfection system is specifically designed for the wastewater treatment of autopsic rooms. SWT-ASW ensures the mechanical treatment and final chemical disinfection of wastewater without generating potentially infectious sludge and harmful compounds. This is achieved by utilizing peracetic acid as the disinfectant, although sodium hypochlorite or chlorine dioxide can also be used. The plant operates fully automatically and does not require constant supervision. Staff only needs to perform checks at designated intervals and refill the disinfectant tank. The system is designed for on-site installation in urban hospitals, hospitals without access to sewerage systems, and civil water treatment plants.
