ArcBlate is an MR-guided High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (MRgHIFU) device designed to be used with a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system. MRgHIFU allows for non-invasive, incision-free, and radiation-free procedures through a top-mounted transducer for soft tissue ablation. Combined with an MRI, ArcBlate is portable and easily added to an MRI bed. It is precise and safe, utilizing MR anatomy images to avoid high-risk areas within the body, with real-time thermal monitoring. During treatment, only sedation is required, making it an outpatient procedure with rapid recovery.
