We, FUTA-Q, are capable of manufacturing multistage long-tapered wires with a cone-shaped tapering point from a wire. Recently, we have established a new production line in a clean environment to manufacture long-tapered wires used as functional components in medical instruments like catheters or guide wires. This dedicated line includes advanced manufacturing facilities such as a straightening machine, heat treatment furnace, centerless grinder, and self-made inspection device. Additionally, we offer processes like jointing with metal or resin parts, as well as coating services.
