In addition to the spin column itself, each spin column comes with one collection tube, silica membrane and fix ring. biocomma® Nucleic Acid Purification Kits can be applied to clinical samples such as blood, tissue, organs, saliva, nasal, etc. The kits remove protein impurities and other organic compounds as much as possible. The extracted DNA/RNA can be directly used for downstream applications such as PCR, RT-PCR, qPCR and qRT-PCR experiment.
